As VP of the Competitive Program, Coach and Player Development with WOBA, Coach Mark Emond is here to help. Mark has coached at the Recreation, Selects, Competitive, and Provincial level. He has won several provincial medals with West Ottawa and been the Head Coach of the National Capital team in the 2022 and 2024 Ontario Summer Games.
He is currently the Head Coach of our Sr. Girls G-Elite Team, competing at the highest level in the OBA. Several of Mark’s players have gone on to play at the post-secondary level. Mark is one of the few coaches in the region who is NCCP Train to Compete certified.
