Thank you for volunteering your time to coach in the West Ottawa Basketball Association! Coaching is so rewarding. You are impacting young lives in a great way, helping them improve both their basketball skills and their life skills.
But it’s also hard work! Lending a helping hand is what this site is all about. Think of us as your assistant coach for helping with practice planning, building team culture, managing relationships, developing your coaching skills, and learning from your peers.
